What you send
The birth or profile details and report options needed to generate the requested PDF. The resulting report may contain personal information and interpretations.
Storage & early deletion
Generated PDF reports are kept for three months. You can request earlier deletion at [email protected] with your account email and the report identifier or link.
Downloads & model use
Deleting a hosted report does not remove copies already downloaded by you or your users. AstrologyAPI never trains models on user data.
Share report links only with intended recipients. The three-month rule applies to generated PDFs; JSON APIs retain only API identity and success/failure status, not submitted user details.
Infrastructure & service providers
We use AWS and Google Cloud infrastructure in India and US regions, Cloudflare for DNS and website hosting, and R2 and S3 storage. These are overall infrastructure details, not exclusive residency commitments for every product, provider or backup. Service-specific arrangements belong in your agreement.
